Good tack storage protects your investment and keeps your yard safe. Leather that’s stored damp or in the sun cracks and rots; bridles left on hooks can be knocked and damaged. A little organization goes a long way.
What to Look For
- Tack lockers: secure, ventilated, and big enough for your saddles and bridles
- Bridle hooks: padded, at the right height, spaced so tack doesn’t touch
- Saddle racks: wide enough to support the panels properly
- Rug storage: breathable bags or racks that keep rugs dry and clean
Our Advice
Clean and dry your tack before storage — every time. A dedicated tack room or locker also keeps valuable equipment out of sight and secure.
